1.SUPER Administrative Assistant – for our client in Eighty-Four.  Temp-to-Hire.   Monday through Friday.  8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. $15.00 per hour. Client will interview.  This position can be Full-Time or Part-Time.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day duties include working the front desk, answering phones, data entry of time cards and entries into the accounting system, assist with processing vendor payments, pull invoices and prepare remote deposits for processing, scanning of job related materials, preparing travel packets for technicians, review accounts payable, match PO’s to invoices, and  process expense reports and credit cards.     Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel, will train on proprietary software. 
  • Training will be done in phases by three different trainers. 

Qualifications:

  • MUST have SUPER ADMIN skills.  
  • MUST be able to think ahead and know how all the pieces fit together. 
  • MUST be Organized and Detail Oriented.
  • MUST be able to Multi-Task.
  • MUST have a Positive Attitude and be able and willing to work in a small office where everyone pitches in. 

2. Collector/Customer Service for Utility Department – for our client in Bethel Park.  Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  $13.00 per hour UP TO $14.50 per hour with experience.  Possible Temp-to-Hire.  Client will interview. 

Responsibilities:

  • General office work to include: Collections, Customer Service, Data Entry.  
  • You will respond to In-Coming calls from Property Owners 
  • Word and Excel skills preferred. 
  • Download the water company information for billing

Qualifications:

  • Utility experience a plus. 
  • Good Math skills required. 
  • Good Computer skills required.
  • Must be able to Multi-Task.

3. Data Entry – for our client   in Bethel Park. Monday through Friday.  8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. $13.00 per hour for entry level and UP TO $15.00 with high volume and actual work experience. Open Ended Temporary assignment. Client will interview.

 Responsibilities:

  • General office work
  • Collecting data to enter into the system.
  • Customer Service and Data Entry of Income Taxes.
  • Word and Excel skills preferred

Qualifications:

  • Good Math or Accounting skills. 
  • Must be able to Multi-Task

4. Secretary/Receptionist – for our client in Dormont. Monday – Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule. $12.00 per hour.  Temp-to-Hire. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, receive packages and mail. 
  • Maintain logs and handle schedule.  
  • Must be comfortable working independently. Will need to handle phones while manager is in meetings and out of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Word and Excel skills preferred. 
  • 1-2 years office experience
  • Mature, professional individual with face-to-face customer service experience.

5. Scanner – for our client   in Peters Township. Monday through Friday.  8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. $14.00 per hour. Open Ended Temporary assignment with Possible Temp-to-Hire. Client will interview.

 Responsibilities:

  • Open mail and Scan contents and the envelopes.
  • Must be able to Multi-Task and operate three (3) Scanning machines at the same time
  • Word and Excel skills, not required, but helpful

Qualifications:

  • High Volume Scanning experience preferred.

6. Medical Assistant – for our client in a busy surgeon’s office in McMurray. Client says they see 40 – 50 patients per day on patient days. $12.50 per hour. Possible Temp-to Hire. Client will interview. Position available immediately.

Responsibilities:

You will be trained for both Back office and Front office duties.

  • Back office – taking vitals, preparing patient for exam with doctor, taking notes on appointment visits and entering those notes in the patient file, arranging for hospital and laboratory testing for patients, sanitize room in between patient appointments, take any specimens needed for further evaluation.
  • Front office – Checking in and rooming patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays, twice daily balancing of receipts (cash, checks, credit cards), data entry of new patient information, and clerical to include faxing and photocopying. Future duties could include scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance, and calling in scripts.

Work days and hours:

Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM – days and hours will vary

Qualifications:

  • Mature, friendly individual is the best fit for this office. Must be willing to pitch in where needed.
  • Medical office experience a plus, but not necessary. Training provided.

7. Executive Assistant – for local business that provides medical supplies for the field of Chiropractic. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 or6:00 PM. Client likes to work a short day on Friday so once you hit your 40 hours for the week your work week will be completed. Canonsburg (Southpointe) $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. Client will interview. Temp-to-Hire.

Responsibilities:

  • High level administrative duties,
  • Assist sales staff,
  • Format letters,
  • Build quotes for products the client sells,
  • Schedule appointments and confirm appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Docs and Google Drives,
  • Experience with QuickBooks (on the Cloud),
  • High energy, fun to work with,
  • Positive attitude.

8. Shipping/Receiving Clerk – for our client located in the South Hills (Allegheny/Washington County line). Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting rate is $13.00 per hour. Temp-to-Hire. Once hired permanently by client you will also have Driving and Delivery duties using a Company vehicle. Clean driving record required. Benefits available after permanent offer. As a condition of employment client will do a background check AND a drug screen. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all shipping, receiving and warehouse duties. 
  • Receives incoming merchandise into the warehouse and ensures that all supplies received are in acceptable condition. 
  • Fills orders accurately and as efficiently as possible.
  • Restocks all supplies and assists in maintaining required inventory levels. 
  • Using FedEx software to ship packages

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License preferred.
  • Must have excellent time-management skills and organizational skills in order to manage supplies in the warehouse.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate positively and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Mortgage processing,
  • Specialized TRID training,
  • Knowledge of current lending regulations, strong interpersonal relations.

Qualifications: 

  • Mortgage Processing: 2 years (Preferred)

12. Collectors for Delinquent Real Estate – for our client in McMurray in their Real Estate Department. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  $13.00 per hour UP TO $14.50 per hour with experience.  Possible Temp-to-Hire.  Client will interview.

Responsibilities:

  • General office work to include: Collections, Customer Service, Data Entry. 
  • You will respond to In-Coming calls from Tax Payers who have received a notice of taxes due
  • Word and Excel skills preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Mortgage, Title Search, or Banking experience a plus.
  • Good Math skills required.

Part Time Positions

1. Bookkeeper – for local business located in Southpointe. Two to three days per week. Client prefers Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Client will interview. Temp-to-Hire. $13.00 – $15.00 per hour. 

Responsibilities:

  • General bookkeeping (AR/AP)
  • Write checks
  • Bank reconciliations:
  • Daily bank deposit ant other banking,
  • Some clerical duties

Qualifications:

  • Prior bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks – cloud-based experience preferred

2. Office Assistant – Opening with our client in North Strabane. Possible Temp-to-Hire. Monday through Friday. 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 20-25 hours per week. Times are flexible. $12.00 per hour. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone.
  • Working with Administrative staff on customer service.
  • Entering contracts into proprietary system.

Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable with Word and Excel.
  • Mature, professional individual with face-to- face customer service experience.

3. Office Assistant – Insurance agency has an opening for an office assistant to assist with the day to day operations. Starting part-time and potentially leading to full-time. Three day a week 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Possible Temp-to-Hire. McMurray.    

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and offer excellent customer service.

  • Weekly invoices for 3 companies – working with agency bookkeeper to make sure they get paid timely.

  • Updating the individual spreadsheets once the invoices have been paid.

  • Checking the mail, date stamping it and distributing to the inner office folks.

Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency with Word and Excel as well as Outlook.

  • Need someone who can handle a highly confidential position.

  • Potential for someone willing to get insurance licensed.

4. Mystery Shopper for Age Group 21 – 25 – to do monthly shopping for stores within various areas. $14.00 per hour plus mileage. Approximately 5 – 8 hours per route.

Responsibilities:

  • Each assignment is to be completed in one day to various stores.
  • You will conduct mock purchases of tobacco products in convenience or grocery stores. And then record visit results on your smart phone and paper report.

Qualifications:

  • Client requires shoppers to be between the ages of 21-25 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
