1. Accounting Assistant to CFO – For our client in Washington at a non-profit facility. 35 hours per week. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. $13.00 – $14.00 per hour. Possible Temp-to-Hire.

Responsibilities

  • Reconciliations (processing receipts)

2. Receptionist – full time opening for our client in Canonsburg. This position will be helping the accounting department in downtime. Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  $15.00 per hour. Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone. System included 20 lines.
  • Greet clients and maintain reception area.
  • Assist accounting department with data entry.
  • Duties will expand to helping the A/R and A/P as well as making collection calls.
  • Will train on proprietary software but experience with QuickBooks is helpful.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with answering multiple lines.
  • Accounting knowledge preferred.

3. Office Assistant – for our client in Washington. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Hours are flexible to work with the candidate’s schedule – part-time OR full-time available.  $12.00 to 13.00 per hour. Possible Temp-to-Hire. Client will interview.

Responsibilities

  • Answering Phones and taking messages
  • Preparing purchase orders to vendors, tracking orders and receiving orders
  • Getting freight quotes and preparing paperwork for LTL shipments
  • Invoicing Customers and processing customer payments
  • Assist with handling customer calls and scheduling
  • Processing hourly employee time cards

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Entertainment Tax and Mercantile Tax highly desirable

  • Prepare legal documents, investigate properties, file Real Estate documents, make phone calls to property owners, and communicate with the client’s law firm.

9. Call Center Agent – VARIOUS Inbound, Outbound, and Special Calling Projects. Flexible hours Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday hours between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. $11.50 per hour.  Long term Temporary.  You may work full-time OR part-time. Part-time is a minimum of 24 hours. Bridgeville.

10. Office Assistant/Insurance Representative – Insurance agency has an opening for an inside customer support position. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This person will be taking over client for a staff member that is retiring. Temp-to-Hire. McMurray.

Depending on the person’s commitment to studying and passing the pre-licensing and then taking the insurance license exam, it can take approximately 3 months.  Costs are approximately $330 which is reimbursed upon passing.  The company will also only pay for the exam one time. If retakes are necessary these expenses would not be reimbursed.  There is great potential in the insurance business but you have to be willing to put in the time and the effort.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently manage client relationships and ensure superior service.

12. Associate Director, Special Programs & Projects – This role will plan high-level events including objectives, speakers, event budget, faculty involvement, and timelines. This individual will work in collaboration with other departments and personnel ensuring that these programs fulfill the company mission. Direct Hire. $60K to $65 K salary per year. Must have the availability to work weekend and/or after regular business hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the President, plan, develop, and implement new and innovative educational programs and/or workshops. Ensures strategy is based on key aspects of educational theory that fulfill strategic outcomes for each program.
  • Researches and writes the content for the programs and promotional activities. Identifies and builds relationships with guest experts and speakers for programs and coordinates logistics and topics.
  • Establishes and cultivates working relationships/partnerships.
  • Works collaboratively with Administrative Departments to analyze target audiences, develop appropriate outreach strategies, and ensures effective promotion of all public programs.
  • Leads committee meetings, prepares budgets and regular reports where appropriate. Develops and maintains an ongoing schedule of public educational programs, both on and off campus.
  • A qualified individual may also provide educational instruction as an adjunct faculty member.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate education preferred.
  • 3-4 years of successful experience in the development and implementation of educational programming in a college/university environment or similar non-profit organization.
  • Experience working with diverse groups of adults, communities and faculty 
  • Demonstrated history of accomplishments in planning, managing and administering the strategic, thematic and logistical details of educational programs. Adjunct Teaching experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Experience supervising staff in a matrixed organization, as well as leading volunteers.

1. Office Assistant – Opening with our client in North Strabane. Part time. Possible Temp-to-Hire. Monday through Friday. 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 20-25 hours per week. Times are flexible. $11.00 to 12.00 per hour. Possibility of becoming Full-Time.

        Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone.
  • Working with Administrative staff on customer service.
  • Entering contracts into proprietary system.

        Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable with Word and Excel.
  • Mature, professional individual with face to face customer service experience.

2. Front Desk Assistant – for McMurray based company. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. You must be available on Friday. $10.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors,
  • Schedule appointments, confirm next day appointment,
  • Word processing – letters, proposals, etc,
  • Photocopying of documents, information packets, postcards, items for Sales/Marketing,
  • Help with Social Media posts as needed,
  • Monthly Tickler calls to update files,
  • Update Welcome Board daily,
  • Assist with mailings when needed

Qualifications

  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills,

3. Administrative Assistant – Opening with our client in Washington. Part-Time Temp-to-Hire. Monday through Friday. 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Times are flexible. $12.00 to 13.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone.
  • Greeting clients and visitors.
  • Entering information into Excel database.
  • Ordering supplies and entering expense information.
  • Making travel arrangements.
  • Reconciling manual check register
  • Will train on proprietary software to enter invoices, assist with AP payments, and update

               inventory lists.

Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Accounting experience preferred.

5. Mystery Shopper for Age Group 21 – 25 – to do monthly shopping for stores within various areas. $14.00 per hour plus mileage. Approximately 5 – 8 hours per route.

Responsibilities:

  • Each assignment is to be completed in one day to various stores and restaurants.
  • You will conduct mock purchases of alcohol or tobacco products in convenience /grocery stores or restaurants. And then record visit results on your smart phone and paper report.

Qualifications:

  • Client requires shoppers to be between the ages of 21-25 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
