1. Apparel Decorator – for local promotions and awards company. Monday through Friday. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay rate $13.50 through Personnel Staffers.  Temp with Possible Temp-to-Hire. Canonsburg.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively prioritize and schedule all decoration orders,
  • Order screen print transfers,
  • When “Heat Transfers” are required, confirm that the transfers will work on the garment considered,
  • Cut designs on a plotter and apply with a heat press.
  • May also include designing screen print patterns,
  • Clean machines,
  • Keep accurate records of work completed,
  • Ship items that have been ordered,
  • Update customers and sales representatives regularly on projects.
  • Create virtual presentations for customers and sales representatives.
  • The candidate needs to be able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry boxes – sometimes a little on the heavier side and navigate steps to an upstairs work area and steps that lead to an outside ‘warehouse’ building that is detached from the main building.  The candidate needs to be able to carry boxes of product up and down these steps. 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of decorating processes,
  • Promotional products industry experience is a plus,
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, while managing multiple projects and tasks at once.
  • An eye for color and ability to match colors across different mediums.

2. Account Executive – to handle marketing, assisting in selling, and providing excellent customer management for strategic accounts in the Commercial Lines Department. Waynesburg. Direct Hire. Minimum 25% travel. Competitive salary starting at $50K. Flexibility to become a work from home position with local travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently manage client relationships and ensure superior service.

  • Assist Sales Team with obtaining necessary information and collaborate on strategies for managing risk.
  • Perform coverage reviews, determine coverage gaps, and advise clients on risk management solutions.

3. INBOUND Call Center Agent – Special ONE DAY Inbound calling project — Tuesday, October 15th 9:00 AM to Wednesday October 16th 3:00 AM. People especially needed after 3:00 PM for evening hours. Bridgeville. $11.50 per hour. Work hours can be as few as 3 hours or as long as 10 hours.
Responsibilities

  • Major nonprofit fundraising event to answer Inbound calls to process donations/payments.

4. Associate Director, Special Programs & Projects – This role will plan high-level events including objectives, speakers, event budget, faculty involvement, and timelines. This individual will work in collaboration with other departments and personnel ensuring that these programs fulfill the company mission. Direct Hire. $60K to $65 K salary per year. Must have the availability to work weekend and/or after regular business hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the President, plan, develop, and implement new and innovative educational programs and/or workshops. Ensures strategy is based on key aspects of educational theory that fulfill strategic outcomes for each program.
  • Researches and writes the content for the programs and promotional activities. Identifies and builds relationships with guest experts and speakers for programs and coordinates logistics and topics.
  • Establishes and cultivates working relationships/partnerships.
  • Works collaboratively with Administrative Departments to analyze target audiences, develop appropriate outreach strategies, and ensures effective promotion of all public programs.
  • Leads committee meetings, prepares budgets and regular reports where appropriate. Develops and maintains an ongoing schedule of public educational programs, both on and off campus.
  • A qualified individual may also provide educational instruction as an adjunct faculty member.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate education preferred.
  • 3-4 years of successful experience in the development and implementation of educational programming in a college/university environment or similar non-profit organization.
  • Experience working with diverse groups of adults, communities and faculty 
  • Demonstrated history of accomplishments in planning, managing and administering the strategic, thematic and logistical details of educational programs. Adjunct Teaching experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Experience supervising staff in a matrixed organization, as well as leading volunteers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and superior communication skills are required.

5. Administrative Support Specialist for our client at their Washington location.  Full-Time.  Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Temp-to-Hire. Banking experience a plus. $15.00 per hour through Personnel Staffers. Upon permanent hire pay range will be $29,000 – $37,000 with a GREAT benefit package.

General Responsibilities

6. Account Reconciliation Specialist to ensure that two sets of records (usually the balances of two accounts) are in agreement. Reconciliations used to ensure that the money leaving an account matches the actual money spent. TEMPORARY assignment 6 – 12 weeks+. Canonsburg/Southpointe. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Could be part-time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).  $15.00 – $17.00 per hour. Client may interview. Available immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Some investigative work will be required to follow the Balance Sheets from January 2018 forward.
  • Placing findings on Excel spreadsheet with explanation of what happened

8. Civil CAD Designer – Expanding Civil Engineering firm is seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Civil Site Design using AutoCad Civil 3D. Responsibilities:

  • Candidate shall be able to Design Projects.

  • 2 years’ experience in Civil Site Design using AutoCad Civil 3D.

9. Shipping/Receiving Clerk – Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM OR 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. $12.00 per hour. Bentleyville. Temp-to-Hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general shipping and receiving duties.
  • Responsible to make arrangements for pick-up by LTL carriers.
  • Must be able to pack boxes of various sizes and weight for small package logistics such as UPS and Fed EX.
  • Must report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Responsible for counting items received checking against packing lists while recording any discrepancies.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

 Qualifications

  • Must be familiar with and able to interpret packing slips, enter into the computer the correct information, to acknowledge receipt of the goods into the purchase order and processing database.
  • Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required by the major freight carriers.
  • Must be capable of estimating weight, and use that information to calculate the cost of shipping.
  • Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
  • Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment and will be required to pass forklift training for operator license.
  • Experience with UPS/FEDEX online software is desirable.
  • Required to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Minimum of a high school education and one year of related experience in shipping and receiving.

10. Data Entry – openings for our client in McMurray. Monday through Friday.  8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. $13.00 per hour for entry level and UP TO $14.50 with high volume actual work  experience. Possibly higher rate with some Accounting skills. Open Ended assignment. Client will interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary duties are to Open and Sort Mail and Data Entry for the EIT Department.
  • You must be able to lift trays of mail weighing about 20 pounds.

  • Answering phone and making outbound call to follow up with customers.
  • Setting appointments and dispatching technicians.
  • Maintaining document/electronic files for the contact database
  • Data Entry and ordering parts 
  • Will train on proprietary software.

4. Mystery Shopper for Age Group 21 – 25 – to do monthly shopping for stores within various areas. $14.00 per hour plus mileage. Approximately 5 – 8 hours per route.

Responsibilities:

  • Each assignment is to be completed in one day to various stores and restaurants.
  • You will conduct mock purchases of alcohol or tobacco products in convenience /grocery stores or restaurants. And then record visit results on your smart phone and paper report.

Qualifications:

  • Client requires shoppers to be between the ages of 21-25 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
