2. Shipping/Receiving Clerk – Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM OR 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. $12.00 per hour. Bentleyville. Temp-to-Hire.


  • Perform general shipping and receiving duties.
  • Responsible to make arrangements for pick-up by LTL carriers.
  • Must be able to pack boxes of various sizes and weight for small package logistics such as UPS and Fed EX.
  • Must report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Responsible for counting items received checking against packing lists while recording any discrepancies.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.


  • Must be familiar with and able to interpret packing slips, enter into the computer the correct information, to acknowledge receipt of the goods into the purchase order and processing database.
  • Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required by the major freight carriers.
  • Must be capable of estimating weight, and use that information to calculate the cost of shipping.
  • Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
  • Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment and will be required to pass forklift training for operator license.
  • Experience with UPS/FEDEX online software is desirable.
  • Required to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Minimum of a high school education and one year of related experience in shipping and receiving.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record for use of a company van for pick-up and delivery of parts to/from our suppliers and/or customers

3. Office Assistant – for our client in Washington.  The client has been offering comprehensive power solutions since 1975. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Hours are flexible to work with the candidate’s schedule.  The job duties are diverse and deal with most aspects of the operation of a small business.  $12.00 per hour. Possible Temp-to-Hire. Client will interview.


  • Answering Phones and taking messages
  • Preparing purchase orders to vendors, tracking orders and receiving orders
  • Getting freight quotes and preparing paperwork for LTL shipments
  • Invoicing Customers and processing customer payments

4. Administrative Closer/Title Searcher – Locally owned Title Company is seeking an experienced Administrative  Closer/Title Searcher.  The qualified candidate should be comfortable in all aspects of the closing process. Possible Temp-to-Hire. South Hills area – near Upper St. Clair. Monday through Friday. 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. $15.00 per hour. 


  • Act as a liaison between veterans, loan officer, real estate agents and consumers.
  • Review title commitments for vesting and requirements to be satisfied at the table.
  • Prepare CD/ALTA settlement statements for closing packages make all necessary changes for final lender approval and send to external notary/closer.
  • Perform final check for taxes, premium, endorsement, vesting and all other checklist items prior to sending to closing.
  • Secure notaries for scheduled closings or conducting closings personally as needed.
  • Perform quality control of closing package to ensure all documents were signed correctly and then sending back to the lender.
  • Funding files by reviewing the signed settlement statement, invoices, lender instructions and commission statements then preparing checks and sending wires.
  • Reviewing documents and fees and then submitting documents either electronically or via mail to be recorded timely.
  • Review title commitment, closing documents and recorded documents to prepare accurate title policies.


  • 2-5 years of experience working in title insurance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve quickly.
  • MS Word helpful. Will train on proprietary software.

5. Medical Secretary – for a Physician office in Mt. Lebanon. Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  In a temporary capacity the person may not be fully involved in all functions, and a better description would be given to the candidate by the manager during an interview. (A full job description is available upon request.) Assignment expected to last At Least Two (2) Months.  $12.00 – $13.00 per hour. Client will interview.

Essential Functions

  1. Greets visitors and assists them as appropriate.  Calls or pages employees to meet visitors, directs visitors to appropriate waiting areas, and appropriately and courteously screens solicitors for relevance to organizational needs.
  2. Collect demographic and insurance information from patients, copies/scans insurance cards and photo identification, and updates information in the practice management system.
  3. Answer telephone calls.  Elicit appropriate information from callers to route calls appropriately, offering voicemail, paging, or redirection of calls as needed.
  4. Schedule appointments for patients either by phone when they call the office or in person after an office visit.  Use computerized system to match physician/clinician availability with patient’s preferences in terms of date and time.
  5.    Assist Office Manager and/or other office staff with other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. High school graduate or equivalent.
  2. Experience in a medical office setting as either a Medical Assistant or Medical Secretary
  3. Fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.
  4. Knowledge of medical terminology.

6. Administrative Assistant – for our client’s legal department.  The temporary assignment will begin soon and is an Open Ended assignment. Full-Time.  Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.   Southpointe. $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide administrative support to the legal department for business contracts
  • Maintaining document/electronic files for the contract database
  • Photocopying, faxing and mailing
  • Data Entry/Typing
  • Preparing letters and other documents as instructed
  • Routine filing 
  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail is desired.

  • Primary duties are to Open and Sort Mail and Data Entry for the EIT Department.
  • You must be able to lift trays of mail weighing about 20 pounds.

Part Time Positions

1. SupervisorPart-Time opening in the McMurray office AND the Washington office.  $13.00 per hour.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Teach as necessary.
  • Supervise the center during hours of instruction.
  • Customer Service to parents in waiting room. (paying tuition, scheduling make up sessions, scheduling progress meetings)
  • Take schedule changes and tuition payments.
  • Administer Academic Evaluations and proctor SAT/ACT evaluations. Analyze and enter testing data into computer system.

2. Mystery Shopper for Age Group 21 – 25 – to do monthly shopping for stores within various areas. $14.00 per hour plus mileage. Approximately 4 – 8 hours per route.


  • Each assignment is to be completed in one day to various stores and restaurants.
  • You will conduct mock purchases of alcohol or tobacco products in convenience /grocery stores or restaurants. And then record visit results on your smart phone and paper report.


  • Client requires shoppers to be between the ages of 21-25 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
