Full Time Positions

1. Office/Billing Assistant – for our client who provides regional trucking services in southeastern Pennsylvania, central and southern New Jersey and Delaware. They just picked up another contract and their already busy staff needs an extra set of hands. Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Possible Temp-to-Hire. $13.00 per hour through Personnel Staffers. Client will interview. Available immediately. The office space is a Very Casual environment located in Washington. Think construction or industrial space.

Responsibilities

  • The new person will be needed to help out in several areas. Billing, Tracking the Fleet GPS system, Payroll, responding to customer calls and emails, order entry, calculating fuel tax, sales, tax, mileage, etc., opening mail, posting payments, and anything else that might be needed in this Busy
  • The owner is hoping to train the new person in all areas and then find their niche and what they are best suited for and utilize them in those areas.
  • A new GPS tracking system is in the works and will also be used to process payroll. Someone with paper payroll processing to automated payroll processing is a Plus.

Qualifications

  • Must have QuickBooks
  • Word and Excel experience required.
  • Trucking experience is a Plus.

2. Entry Level Purchasing Assistant – for our client who is a commercial food service equipment distributor.  Canonsburg. Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. $30,000 plus some benefits. Client will interview. DIRECT HIRE. Position available immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and issue PO’s to satisfy sales orders and stocking requirements,
  • Interface with Suppliers,
  • Track order status to confirm shipment and delivery dates,
  • Data Entry and monitoring of building orders.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting skills a Plus.
  • Word and Excel skills required.
  • Will train on proprietary software.

3. Lead Generator – Our client is a National General Contracting Construction firm that manages projects east of the Mississippi.  They are in need of an Inside Lead Generator. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. $12.00 per hour. Brackenridge, PAClient will interview. Available immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Making phone calls to Targeted Areas to seek Sub-Contractors (in the construction industry) that may be interested in bidding on upcoming major retail projects. Disciplines could include plumbing, electrical, flooring, roofing, HVAC, window installers, concrete work, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Prior construction experience a plus. 

4. Data Entry – openings for our client   in McMurray. Monday through Friday.  8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. $13.00 per hour. Possibly higher rate with some Accounting skills. Open Ended assignment. Client will interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary duties are to Open and Sort Mail and Data Entry for the EIT Department.
  • You must be able to lift trays of mail weighing about 20 pounds.

Qualifications:

  • Good Math skills required to calculate interest and penalties.

5. Office Assistant – for our client in Washington. The client has been offering comprehensive power solutions since 1975.  Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  Hours are flexible to work with the candidate’s schedule.  $12.00 per hour. Possible Temp-to-Hire. Client will interview.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering Phones and taking messages
  • Preparing purchase orders to vendors, tracking orders and receiving orders
  • Getting freight quotes and preparing paperwork for LTL shipments
  • Invoicing Customers and processing customer payments
  • Assist with handling customer calls and scheduling
  • Processing hourly employee timecards
  • Filing and general office duties

Qualifications:

  • An Associates Degree or equivalent office experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and present themselves in a professional manner. 
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and use new software.

6. General Office Clerical/Customer Service/Collections – for our client in Bethel Park. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  $13.00 per hour.  Possible Temp-to-Hire.

Responsibilities:

  • General office work to include: Collections, Customer Service, Data Entry. 
  • Word and Excel skills preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Mortgage, Title Search, Banking experience a plus.
  • Good Math skills required.

7.  File Clerk– Legal Department. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  $12.00 per hour for entry level person. $13.00 per hour for one year or more legal experience. Temp with possibility of Temp-to-Hire. McMurray.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to work with the legal files.
  • The legal files need to be filed or removed every day.
  • You will also be helping the Paralegal to open new files.  
  • This job could be physical at times. THIS IS CONSTANT FILING, CONSTANT STOOPING, BENDING, LIFTING. Word and Excel skills preferred.

8. Medical Assistant – for our client, a busy surgeon’s office in McMurray.

Monday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (patient day)
Tuesday 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM (this is a flex day you may have to work until 5:00 PM)
Wednesday 7:30/8:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM
Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (patient day)
Occasional Friday – 1/2 day – one time per month 6:30 AM start time
Part-Time (32 hrs) to Full-Time (40 hrs) $12.50 per hour.  Possible Temp-to-Hire. Client will interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking in and rooming patients, answering phones, scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance, and calling in scripts, routine clinical tests (urine dip, blood pressure, temperature), and administrative duties to include entering follow-up data after surgeries into patient file, patient histories, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Mature, friendly individual is the best fit for this office. Must be willing to pitch in where needed. Medical office experience a plus, but not necessary.

9. Credentialing Coordinator – in a Medical Affairs department in medical facility to coordinate the services provided to the physicians and limited independent health practitioners.   Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Temporary position. Mt. Lebanon.  $14.00 per hour. Client may interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain practitioner applications and track files through the credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
  • Collect and coordinate all data required for the completion of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.
  • Participate in meeting management and facilitation, continuing medical education program coordination and record keeping, call schedule development and maintenance.
  • Evaluate the data to ensure it is timely, accurate, comprehensive, and organized, and documentation of information from medical staff committees through the Medical Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
  • Assist with Joint Commission survey preparation, including educating department staff and the medical staff about accreditation standards.
  • Analyze processes and solve problems to assure completion of the credentialing and re-credentialing operations according to established standards and timelines. 
  • Monitor and evaluate credentialing and re-credentialing files to ensure data is current, retrievable, and accurately filed.
  • Provide staff support to selected medical staff departments and committees and selected Hospital and Board of Directors’ committee 

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience with medical credentialing
  • Drug Screen completed within the past 2 weeks
  • PATCH (Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History) report dated within the past 12 months (paid by client)
  • Completion of Temporary Employee Health Office checklist
  • Documentation on the flu shot for 2018
  • HS Diploma verification 

10. General Office/Clerical/Customer Service/Collections – two positions available for our client in McMurray in their Real Estate Department. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  $13.00 per hour.  Possible Temp-to-Hire. 

Responsibilities:

  • General office work to include: Collections, Customer Service, Data Entry. 
  • Word and Excel skills preferred.

12. Paralegal – for our client in McMurray in their Legal Department. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. $13.00 per hour for one or more years legal experience. Possible Temp-to-Hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare legal documents, investigate properties, file Real Estate documents, make phone calls to property owners, and communicate with the client’s law firm.

Qualifications:

  • Word and Excel skills preferred.
  • Must have a Paralegal Certificate and a minimum of one year work experience.

Part Time Positions

  1. Accounting Assistant – For our client in McMurray who is a high end residential and commercial Painter. This is a home-based business with separate entrance into the office area. 2 to 3 days per week with flexible hours. $13.00 per hour. Possible Temp-to-Hire.

Responsibilities include clerical work and accounting duties:

  • Processing receipts
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Will work with the General Ledger, Job Costing, and Quarterly Taxes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with QuickBooks Pro
  • Word and Excel skills
  • 1-2 years accounting experience
  • Construction office experience a plus

2. Office Assistant – for our client who is a carpet and upholstery cleaning specialist that was established in the 1980s. Work location could be in the home office in McMurray OR the office at the shop location in Lawrence.  $12.00 per hour. Possible Temp-to-Hire.

Work Hours

  • Could be Monday – Friday four (4) hours per day. (20 hours per week)
  • OR
  • 3 – 4 days per week at five (5) hours per day. Can be flexible on the hours. Prefers Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and possibly one more day with that day being your choice. (15 – 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Typing of proposals and quotes, answering phones, data entry for invoices and posting of payments, creating mailings from database, processing daily mail, stuffing envelopes for mailings, hand addressing envelopes, faxing, filing, resending to emails.

Qualifications:

  • Word and Excel skills.
  • QuickBooks a Plus.

3. Medical Front Desk Assistant – for our client in Washington. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.  $11.00 per hour. Temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone, confirming appointments
  • Pulling and filing away patient charts
  • Using the electronic medical records to check patients In and Out (will train)
  • Accepting payments and providing receipts, rooming patients, providing work excuses, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years medical office experience.

3. Mystery Shopper for Age Group 21 – 25 – to do monthly shopping for stores within various areas. $14.00 per hour plus mileage. Approximately 4 – 8 hours per route.

Responsibilities:

  • Each assignment is to be completed in one day to various stores and restaurants.
  • You will conduct mock purchases of alcohol or tobacco products in convenience /grocery stores or restaurants. And then record visit results on your smart phone and paper report.

Qualifications:

  • Client requires shoppers to be between the ages of 21-25 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
