Full - Time Positions

1.Patient Services Associates (Medical Secretary) – for a physician office in the Robinson Township   The position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, receiving telephone calls and greeting visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.  Monday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM -4:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM -4:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM -2:00 PM.  $15.00 per hour. Temp assignment expected to last 6 months.  Client will interview. Position available immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors and assists them as appropriate.  Phones or pages employees to meet visitors, directs visitors to appropriate waiting areas, and appropriately and courteously screens solicitors for relevance to organizational needs.
  • Collects demographic and insurance information from patients, copies/scans insurance cards and photo identification, and updates information in the practice management system.
  • Explains financial requirements to the patients or responsible parties and collects payments as required.
  • Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls.  Elicits appropriate information from callers to route calls appropriately, offering voicemail, paging, or redirection of calls as needed.
  • Schedules appointments for patients either by phone when they call the office, or in person after an office visit.  Uses computerized system to match physician/clinician availability with patient’s preferences in terms of date and time.
  • Participates in the insurance verification process by using electronic module to verify active insurance coverage before the patient is seen.
  • Assists Office Manager and/or other office staff with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must meet one of the following:
  • High school graduate or equivalent, or
  • Two years of experience in a physician practice setting in a front office position or equivalent role.
  • Fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical office.
  • Knowledge of the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Word and Excel skills preferred.

2.Administrative Assistant – for legal department for our client in Southpointe. This temporary assignment will be Full-Time hours working Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. We expect the assignment to last for approximately 6-12 weeks to cover a leave of absence.  $13.00 per hour.  Client is seeking a detail-oriented, efficient and conscientious applicant for immediate placement.  Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail is desired.  This fast-paced environment requires that the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the legal department for business contracts

3.HR  Assistant – for our client in Lebanon to help with recruitment of all positions within the facility.  Full Time. Monday-Friday.  8:00 AM -4:30 PM. Temporary expect the need to last at least 12 to 14 weeks to cover a leave-of-absence. Client looking for July 1st start date for training. Highly visible point of contact position. $16.00 per hour. Client will interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing new hires daily, Scheduling interviews and , Providing receptionist support to our HR Coordinator at our front desk. 
  • Also coordinates and provides support for the recruitment and onboarding processes including maintenance of the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, meeting with new hires to complete their on-boading paperwork.
  • Responds to inquiries and provides information to employees and members of the public within the scope of his/her knowledge and according to established policies and procedures. Refers questions and concerns to the appropriate departmental personnel when necessary.
  • Maintains detailed spreadsheets to track employee credentialing information for regulatory compliance. 
  • Filing of all personnel documents.

Qualification:

  • Undergraduate degree (HR, or Business) but open to consider a candidate without this education

4.Customer Service/Sales – for local long established insurance agency. Washington. Our client is in need of a licensed Property and Casualty agent. Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Very limited evening or weekend work. $13.00 – $14.00 through Personnel Staffers. Client will interview. Base plus communion upon permanent hire.

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer and Direct Heavy Incoming calls that get patched to the customer service department daily. 
  • Cover the Main Front Receptionist desk as needed.
  • Support high volume customers with work order tickets.
  • Assist with month end regional office requests. 
  • Assist with admin duties.

They are in need of TWO Full-Time staff members.  Currently they are offering a Monday – Friday schedule, but there could be future Saturday office hours. McMurray. Operating hours are between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM. The ideal people will be available to cover any of these hours. $12.00 – $15.00 per hour through Personnel Staffers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

14.Administrative Assistant – for our client in Dormont. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  $14.00 – 15.00 per hour.  Temp-to-Hire. Will be working in proprietary software. Client will train. Position will work with multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter contracts.
  • Post payments.
  • Communicate with vendors and process orders through internet.
  • Maintain logs and handle schedule.
  • Must be comfortable working independently. Will need to handle phones while manager is in meetings and out of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry for incoming purchase orders

  • Resolve order/shipment problems as they arise

Responsibilities:

Part - Time Positions

1.Front Desk Medical Receptionist – for our client in a busy surgeons’ office in McMurray in Waterdam Plaza. Client says they see 40 – 50 patients per day on patient days. $11.50 per hour. Position Possible Temp-to Hire. Client will interview. Position available immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking in and rooming patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays, twice daily balancing of receipts (cash, checks, credit cards), data entry of new patient information, and clerical to include faxing and photocopying. Future duties could include scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance, and calling in scripts.

Work days and hours:

Monday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (patient day)

Wednesday 7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM

Thursday 7:30 AM – 12:00/12:30 PM (patient day)

Occasional Friday – ½ day – one time per month 6:30 AM start time

Qualifications:

  • Mature, friendly individual is the best fit for this office. Must be willing to pitch in where needed.
  • Medical office experience a plus, but not necessary. Training provided.

2.Clerical Assistant– Home office in Venetia. 2 or 3 days per week, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Client is very flexible on days and hours. Looking for someone who is organized and detail oriented, and can help and even make suggestions as to how to organize areas of the office if necessary.  Open ended assignment.  MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH AND AROUND DOGS, AS THERE ARE DOGS IN THE HOUSE. $00 per hour.

  • Printing orders, mailing labels, and packing small items for shipping

3.Administrative Assistant – Opening with our client in Washington. Part time Temp-to-Hire. Monday through Friday. 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Times are flexible. $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone.
  • Greeting clients and visitors.
  • Entering information into Excel database.
  • Ordering supplies and entering expense information.
  • Making travel arrangements.
  • Reconciling manual check register
  • Will train on proprietary to enter invoices, assist with AP payments, and update inventory lists.

Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

4.Executive AssistantUpper St. Clair. You will provide support to the staff in administrative functions and engage with volunteers and members. Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. TEMPORARY assignment with possibility for Temp to Hire. $15.00 per hour. Two step interview process. Position available immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to pastors and staff;
  • Scheduling and supporting the activities of various groups within the church;
  • Collaborating with staff members within Communications update church management software, email servers, and social media platforms;
  • Completing reports and records for seasonal and monthly events;
  • Preparing bulletins and coordinating supporting functions for occasional services;

5.Office Assistant – Opening with our client in North Strabane. Part time. Possible Temp-to-Hire. Monday through Friday. 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 20-25 hours per week. Times are flexible. $12.00 per hour. Possibility of becoming Full-Time.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone.

  • Working with Administrative staff on customer service.

  • Entering contracts into proprietary system.

Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable with Word and Excel.

  • Mature, professional individual with face-to-face customer service experience.

6.Office Assistant – Insurance agency has an opening for an office assistant. Starting part-time and growing to Full-time. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with about 20 – 24 hours per week as part-time. Possible Temp-to-Hire. McMurray.  You will assist your supervisor while she is IN the office and OUT of the office. $12.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and offering excellent customer service.
  • Assisting with Weekly Invoicing for three (3) companies.
  • Work with Bookkeeper to verify timely payments of invoices.
  • Enter payments into spreadsheet

7Mystery Shopper for Age Group 21 to 25 – to do monthly shopping for stores within various areas. $14.00 per hour plus mileage. Approximately 5 to 7 hours per route.

Responsibilities:

  • Each assignment is to be completed in one day to various stores
  • You will conduct mock purchases of tobacco products in convenience and grocery stores. And then record visit results on your smart phone and paper report

Qualifications:

  • Client requires shoppers to be between the ages of 21-25 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
