1.Medical Records File Clerk – for our client in Mt. Lebanon. FREE PARKING. Full-Time or Part-Time.  Monday – Friday.  9:00 AM -5:00 PM. Temporary – expect the need to last 6 weeks. $12.50 per hour. Client will interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Position will clerical in nature. The practice has about 3,500 paper charts that need to be thinned and sent to storage because the practice will be moving.

Qualification:

  • Prior Medical Records experience a plus, but not necessary

2.Outside Sales – for long established family-owned local supply company. Washington. 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Monday – Friday. $14.00 per hour through Personnel Staffers. The Outside Sales Rep. position will perform all business development activities necessary to increase Company footprint in designated territory. The primary purpose of this role will be to increase the volume of opportunities. Temp-to-Hire.  Client is looking for someone who is interested in long-term employment. Client will interview. Available immediately. Benefits with permanent offer. Salary and Commission basis after Temporary period.

 Responsibilities:

3.Full-Time Office Assistant/Clerical – for long established family-owned local supply company. Washington. 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Monday – Friday. $12.00 per hour. Temp-to-Hire.  Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet walk-in customers,
  • Check in Inventory to Confirm contents
  • Filing,
  • Keep track of Inventory and periodic Inventory counts,

4.Unit Secretary – for our client in Mt. LebanonThree 12- hour days 7:00 PM -7:00 AM. Temporary – expect the need to last 6 weeks. $16.00 per hour. Client will interview.  (*Assignment is 3 days a week, but they are not set dates or the same days each week.  There would be a schedule placed out so the staff know their days working and days off ahead of time, but again it would not be the same days working each week.)

Responsibilities:

Under supervision of Manager or designee, and in accordance with established standards, assists in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activities occurring in nursing stations in an Emergency Department by performing clerical and receptionist duties.

  • Treats customers with respect, compassion, and hospitality; anticipates, identifies, and responds to individual needs; makes a positive first impression by acknowledging customers; and demonstrates flexibility while maintaining priorities.
  • Prepares and maintains all personal and medical information in medical records and charts of patients; compiles census of patients, admission statistics, and length of stay minutes.
  • Maintains a positive image with all customers by responding to requests in a timely manner, exercising appropriate telephone manners, and exhibiting courteousness and helpfulness.
  • Requisitions supplies designated by nursing staff.
  • Places calls and logs calls to physicians and healthcare facilities as directed by staff. 
  • Enters patients’ orders as identified by physicians or members of the nursing staff; transcribes and records physicians’ orders and instructions, medical information, and scheduling process.
  • Enters patient charges to computer system.

Qualification:

5.Front Desk Receptionist – position for our client in McMurray.  The work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Temporary position, with Temp-to-Hire possibility. Fast paced, rapidly growing established company in this very visible front desk position.  Client will interview. $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone and providing clerical support for several departments so you will “Wear Many Hats”.
  • Professionally handle inquiries from customers, vendors, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Prior clerical and admin experience preferred,

6.Tax Certification Team Member– for our client in McMurray. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.   $14.00 per hour UP TO $15.00 per hour.  Possible Temp-to-Hire.  Client will interview. 

Responsibilities:

  • General office work to include: Customer Service  
  • You will respond to In-Coming calls requesting tax certifications for closings
  • Word and Excel skills preferred. 

Qualifications:

  • Mortgage, Title Search, or Banking experience a plus.

8.Paralegal Or Legal Assistant – for our client in McMurray. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.   Possible Temp-to-Hire.  Client will interview. $14.00 per hour UP TO $15.00 per hour FOR LEGAL ASSISTANT. $16.00 per hour UP TO $18.00 per hour FOR PARALEGAL.

11.Customer Service – for Large National Contractor Company headquartered in Southpointe (Canonsburg).  Monday – Friday   8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.   $13.00 per hour through Personnel Staffers.  Temporary assignment with Possible Temp-to-Hire. Client will interview. Available immediately.

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer and Direct Heavy Incoming calls that get patched to the customer service department daily. 
  • Cover the Main Front Receptionist desk as needed.
  • Support high volume customers with work order tickets.
  • Assist with month end regional office requests. 
  • Assist with admin duties.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
  • Prior Customer Service experience.

12.Front Desk Receptionist – for local office that provides Regenerative Medicine. They are in need of TWO Full-Time staff members.  Currently they are offering a Monday – Friday schedule, but there could be future Saturday office hours. McMurray. Operating hours are between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM. The ideal people will be available to cover any of these hours. $12.00 – $15.00 per hour through Personnel Staffers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

13.Donation Processor – We have staffing needs for the week of May 10, 2021.  Special Project (donations). Monday -Friday with additional project hours the following two weeks. 40 hours shifts available weekly. Work days and hours will be Monday – Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm, and, Monday -Friday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Weekend hours available also. Bridgeville. $12.00 per hour. Client may consider those who prefer part-time.

Requirements:

  • This would be for the Inbound Taking inbound calls for a Special Project and will be getting credit card information.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills.  We prefer proficiency in Multiple Windows Programs – opening a Web Browser & be able to open Outlook for receiving email communications.

14.Administrative Assistant – for our client in Dormont. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  $14.00 – 15.00 per hour.  Temp-to-Hire. Will be working in proprietary software. Client will train. Position will work with multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter contracts.
  • Post payments.
  • Communicate with vendors and process orders through internet.
  • Maintain logs and handle schedule.
  • Must be comfortable working independently. Will need to handle phones while manager is in meetings and out of the office.

15.Accounting Position – for our client near Washington, PA.  Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. $15.00 – $18.00 per hour. Temp-to-Hire with possible Direct Hire.  Background check, drug screen and random drug testing pool. Must agree to sign confidentially agreement, and adhere to sensitivity, sexual harassment, technology, and social media policies. Highly confidential position. Two step interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in General Ledger (daily entries, operating statement, balance sheet)

Part - Time Positions

1.Office Assistant – Opening with our client in North Strabane. Part time. Possible Temp-to-Hire. Monday through Friday. 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 20-25 hours per week. Times are flexible. $12.00 per hour. Possibility of becoming Full-Time.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone.

  • Working with Administrative staff on customer service.

  • Entering contracts into proprietary system.

Qualifications:

2.Office Assistant – Insurance agency has an opening for an office assistant. Starting part-time and growing to Full-time. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with about 20 – 24 hours per week as part-time. Possible Temp-to-Hire. McMurray.  You will assist your supervisor while she is IN the office and OUT of the office. $12.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

3. Mystery Shopper for Age Group 21 to 25 – to do monthly shopping for stores within various areas. $14.00 per hour plus mileage. Approximately 5 to 7 hours per route.

Responsibilities:

  • Each assignment is to be completed in one day to various stores
  • You will conduct mock purchases of tobacco products in convenience and grocery stores. And then record visit results on your smart phone and paper report

Qualifications:

  • Client requires shoppers to be between the ages of 21-25 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
