Full Time Positions

1. Administrative – TEMP. Maternity Leave. McMurray. Job to start by Monday, October 9th for training before the employee goes out on leave. Expect assignment to run through the end of 2017. 3. General Production Associates – to pack food items for our client located in the South Hills. You will assemble light weight packaging and then pack the food; rack, seal and palletize the product, keep your work area supplied with packing material, keep your work area clean, and pick out and discard unacceptable product quality items. Two shifts 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. (Possible 3rd shift 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.) Medical Receptionist/Secretary - at a small physician practice located in Dormont.  Full-time TEMP – assignment expected to last approximately 2 months.  The work hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. 6. Transportation/Building Maintenance Coordinator To schedule trucking for shipping/receiving of material handling equipment including customer, rental, new, used, allied and off lease equipment. Generate and/or review shipping documents. Open work orders as needed in our business system. Post hauling and outside vendor charges to the applicable work orders. Maintain a trucking log/report. Coordinate building maintenance/repairs with outside contractors or directs company personnel to accomplish maintenance and/or repairs. Responsible for sourcing and ordering of employee uniforms, personal protective equipment and shop supplies needed for day to day business. Must Have strong computer (Word and Excel) skills/typing skills; the ability to effectively strategize to maintain efficiency; and strong customer service and communication skills. 3-5 years of office experience preferred.  Logistics experience a plus.
