1. Paralegal /Legal Clerk – for our client in McMurray to prepare legal documents, investigate properties, file Real Estate documents, make phone calls to property owners, and communicate with the client’s law firm. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. $11.00 per hour for entry level skill set, up to$13.00 per hour for one or more  years legal experience. Possible Temp-to-Hire. Client will interview. . 2. Administrative Assistant – Temp assignment for approximately 6 weeks.  To start ASAP!  General office duties to include using Outlook and Excel. Double checking petty cash forms (calculator). Data entry into Excel. Filing. Checking census documents -double counting, etc. The client has several offices, so part of the duties would include picking up mail from one location to another (1 mile away) one or two times a day (mileage paid at .535 cents/mile.) 3.Product Assembler – We have a client in Canonsburg who needs a Scientific Product Assembler.  This could be Full-Time OR Part-Time. The client can be flexible with the days and times.  Their facility is open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You would be working with small, scientific products in the assembly (clean room) office. This job requires you have to have patience, while paying close attention to detail. Good manual dexterity and being reliable are DEFINITE requirements of the job. You will be seated while assembling and counting and packing test tubes in small boxes. There is NO heavy lifting with this position. You will be wearing gloves and a facemask. The gloves are nitrile (Latex Free).The products for assembly are very thin (the size of a fingernail).  The work is completed in a small confined space. Secretary/Receptionist – for our client who operates a mental health office located in Pleasant Hills near Jefferson Hospital.  Full-Time.  Monday through Friday any time between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  One evening – usually Wednesday every other week – until 7:00 PM.  Duties include answering the phones, scanning of documents, patient charts, and medical records, scheduling patients, escorting patients to the private offices, and checking patients in and out.  Client will train on proprietary software.  This position is highly confidential since you will have access to patient’s records.  You may be asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.  Fast-paced office with as many as 150 calls from patients per day.  Must be able to multi-task.  Prior medical office experience highly desired.  Prior mental health office experience a plus.  Temp-to-Hire. $11.00 per hour.  Client will interview. 5.Bookkeeper/Accountant - Small CPA firm in Peters Township has immediate need for staff bookkeeper/ accountant to perform various accounting and tax responsibilities. Ideal candidate will be a people-oriented results-achieving individual capable of doing various functions with numerous small businesses. Duties will include monthly sales tax calculations, payroll tax deposit, quarterly payroll tax forms and general accounting duties. Year-end duties will also include inputting various information to computerized tax packages. Individual should have 2 to 3 years' experience working in a small CPA firm/business environment. Salary commensurate with experience including vacation policy and health insurance after probationary period. $35,000-40,000 annual salary. Work hours January - April 45 - 50 hours per week. Client ideally needs a candidate that can operate an electronic medical record system and has attention to detail.  Client will train the candidate to scan documents into patient charts.  EMR (electronic medical record) system experience and/or working in a clerical capacity in a physician practice setting a PLUS. $11.00 per hour.   Client will interview.
