Full Time Positions

1. Dispatch Specialist - Support daily operations of logistics flow for inbound and outbound materials. Align with the warehouse and invoicing personnel regarding outbound quality of customer order fulfillment. Support Specialist with the coordination transportation fleet, expedited, contracted, common carrier and rail equipment for conveyance of materials or freight. Assist with documentation and needs of outsourced providers for various, multi-modal complexities of both domestic and international logistics.
BACKGROUND: 3 to 5 years work experience in logistics, warehousing and distribution, 1+ year experience with transportation, WMS, GTS, and/or TMS processes. Knowledge of DOT regulations and how they apply to operations. Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel. Microsoft Suite - Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word. Knowledge of SAP, RF bar code scanning devices, bar coding and decision support software. 2. Billing Clerk – for trucking service assisting with billing, tracking the Fleet GPS system, payroll, responding to customer calls and emails, order entry, calculating fuel tax, sales, tax, mileage, etc., opening mail, posting payments, and anything else that might be needed in this busy office. The owner is hoping to train the new person in all areas and then find their niche and what they are best suited for and utilize them in those areas. The office space is a Very Casual environment. Someone with paper payroll processing to automated payroll processing is a Plus. 3. Accounts Payable – for our client in their Accounting Department to work on accounts payable but will also be trained on other functions such as G/L processing, reporting, etc.  Word and Excel skills preferred. You must have a clear background. As a condition of employment you may have to undergo a drug screen.  Client will interview and test your skills during the interview.  Plan on the interview and testing to be 2 –3 hours. 4. Analyst Expeditors - Central point of contact for CSRs to work expedites back through purchasing/manufacturing; analyze inventory/ requirements; ensure close-loop dates are provided; audit incoming delivery to ensure meet customer promises and ensure customer strategic stock is positioned when needed. Must have demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems and a solid understanding of manufacturing environments and processes of work, along with strong problem solving, communications and presentation skills and the ability to carry out audits and multitask within a fast paced environment. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and windows based software packages (or similar products) is required; SAP experience a plus; Four year degree in business related field; or three to five years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5. File Clerk– Duties involve working with legal files. The files may be in boxes on the floor, in boxes on top of a shelf or file cabinet, in file drawers, or in storage boxes. 9. Analyst Expeditor – To place orders to cover requirements for rebuilds, CEP and OE equipment based on review of requirements and forward planning. You will schedule order need dates and monitor the requirements in order to reschedule or cancel orders based on customer requirements and demand. You will also expedite and follow up on parts shortages with vendors or internal suppliers; as well as, interface with other departments on vendor problems, new parts or new product lines to achieve maximum efficiency. This position reviews and monitors part info record files and reports for accuracy and reconciles errors and discrepancies between accounting and Supply Chain records. You will assist buyer(s) as required for RFQ process including pulling drawing packages together and completing RFQ form and input of quote data. And maintain good communications with vendors and internal suppliers. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of post-secondary higher education recommended. 1. Medical Front Desk Receptionist - Busy office seeing 40 – 50 patients per day on patient days. Responsibilities include checking in and rooming patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays, twice daily balancing of receipts (cash, checks, and credit cards), data entry of new patient information, and clerical to include faxing and photocopying. Future duties could include scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance, and calling in scripts. Mature, friendly individual is the best fit for this office. Must be willing to pitch in where needed.
