Full Time Positions

1. Administrative Assistant – for our client in Southpointe (Canonsburg) in their Legal Department providing administrative support to the legal department for business contracts; maintaining document/electronic files for the contract database; data entry; preparing letters and other documents, and routine filing. TEMPORARY to cover a Leave for approximately 1 – 4 weeks.  This temporary assignment will be Full-Time hours working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  Client is seeking a detail-oriented, efficient and conscientious applicant for immediate placement.  Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail is desired.  This fast-paced environment requires that the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. $12.00 per hour. Collections/General Office Clerical– for our client in McMurray in their Current Real Estate Department.   General office work to include: Posting payments and filing and pulling of legal files.  Word and Excel skills preferred. 3. General Office Clerical– for our client in McMurray in their Legal Department. General clerical duties include returning phone calls to tax payers, data entry, and waiting on tax payers to collect payments or answer questions. You will be required to work with the legal files. The files may be in boxes on the floor, in boxes on top of a shelf or file cabinet, in file drawers, or in storage boxes. You will be required to carry and lift these boxes/files which may be as much as 20 pounds.  This job could be physical at times. THIS IS CONSTANT FILING, CONSTANT STOOPING, BENDING, LIFTING.  Word and Excel skills preferred. 4. Accounts Receivable / Customer Service - Perform a variety of computerized accounting functions within the order entry, customer service, and accounts receivable areas. Interact with shipping/receiving personnel, customers, and account managers on an ongoing basis. Must verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received. Receive and process Trusted Links (vendor specific EDI) orders from customers. Perform customer order processing including order entry, billing, and posting within accounting software program. Review customer payments and apply payments to appropriate customer invoices. Track and monitor specific project costs utilizing Microsoft Excel software. Assist with answering phones. Must have an Associate degree in accounting or business administration and at least two years’ experience in customer service/order entry/AR position. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Products software and have exceptional communication skills. 5. Financial Planner -   This person can be a recent graduate with a concentration in finance or accounting, or someone who has worked in the banking industry and would like to move into financial planning.  You would be responsible for contacting current clients to schedule an appointment for other staff members to discuss financial planning services.  You'll work with other talented people who share your passion for doing great work that's in the best interest of our clients.  
Knowledge of financial products/services and the financial services industry is preferred.  If you have previous sales experience and the ability to overcome rejection, and willing to learn a complex business, then this is the position for you. 6. Administrative Assistant – Established business in McMurray needs someone to help in their business office. Responsibilities include assisting with filing insurance policies/claims, answering phones, and data entry. Excel a MUST. Accounting skills a plus. 7. Medical Assistant – for a busy surgeon’s office in McMurray.  Client says they see 40 – 50 patients per day on patient days. Full-time, but client said she can be flexible for someone working around a family schedule. Responsibilities include rooming patients, checking urine samples, checking blood pressures, calling patients after surgery, and other medical office duties. Future duties may include scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance, and calling in scripts.  Monday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (patient day); Tuesday 7:30  AM – 4:00 PM; Wednesday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (patient day); Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (patient day); Friday – hours will vary – one time per month 6:30 AM start time. Part Time Positions

1. Office Assistant/Data Entry Operator – for our client is located in Lawrence. Duties include: Order entry, clerical responsibilities, must have good computer experience. You will be working on 4 –5 different proprietary software programs for as many as 10 companies. This is a BUSY office. You must be able to multi-task. You must be personable to service various reps. 2. Front Office Assistant -in a surgically oriented practice. Medical office experience preferred, but not required. You will greet all patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them through the registration process. Register patients, verify insurance eligibility, and collect payments through various software systems. Balance day sheets and complete other end-of-day tasks. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; excel at office administrative duties and exhibit attention to detail; demonstrate professionalism at all times; be able to multi-task. Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn billing software and electronic medical records required. 3. Secretary/Receptionist – for our client who operates mental health office located in Pleasant Hills near Jefferson Hospital.  Three days per week Monday through Friday any time between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  One evening – usually Wednesday every other week – until 7:00 PM.  Duties include answering the phones, scanning of documents, patient charts, and medical records, scheduling patients, escorting patients to the private offices, and checking patients in and out.  Client will train on proprietary software.  This position is highly confidential since you will have access to patient’s records.  You may be asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.  Fast-paced office with as many as 150 calls from patients per day.  Must be able to multi-task.  Prior medical office experience highly desired.  Prior mental health office experience a plus.  Temp-to-Hire. $11.00 per hour.  Client will interview.
