Full Time Positions

1. Timekeeper – to track and manage employee (union and non-union) payroll, pay sub-contractors on-board new employees (I9, safety training, employee file, etc.)  enter and track change orders for sub-contractors, and complete all related banking. Position will be in a satellite office (trailer at the construction site) at various locations. The site superintendent will also be onsite. This is a project-based position (anywhere from two weeks to nine months) – position pays $18.00 per hour. 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday with 1/2 hour lunch with overtime at double time rate.  Out-of-town travel is approximately 90% of your time. You receive $120 per day for lodging. You receive mileage reimbursement for travel by car and you are paid for travel time to jobsite. You are hired as an Outside Contractor. 6. IT Assistant - Our client in Washington needs a “top” candidate as an administrator in their IT Department.  Intermediate to advanced skill is needed with Microsoft Word documents and templates, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Desktop Publishing, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop plus basic knowledge and use of Visio and DocuSign.  Part of the duties include scanning and indexing documents, performing Internet and phone research, creating training packets and presentation materials, assist users with online trainings (learning management systems), and work on Rebranding Project, moving all existing forms, agency-wide, to a new template using new branding.  Applicant should be someone who has the ability to work in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality, plus good oral and written communication skills while working with a team of professionals. 9. Accounts Receivable / Customer Service - Perform a variety of computerized accounting functions within the order entry, customer service, and accounts receivable areas. Interact with shipping/receiving personnel, customers, and account managers on an ongoing basis. Must verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received. Receive and process Trusted Links (vendor specific EDI) orders from customers. Perform customer order processing including order entry, billing, and posting within accounting software program. Review customer payments and apply payments to appropriate customer invoices. Track and monitor specific project costs utilizing Microsoft Excel software. Assist with answering phones. Must have an Associate degree in accounting or business administration and at least two years’ experience in customer service/order entry/AR position. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Products software and have exceptional communication skills. 1. Administrative Assistant – Established business in McMurray needs someone to help in their business office. Responsibilities include assisting with filing insurance policies/claims, answering phones, and data entry. Excel a MUST. Accounting skills a plus. This position requires someone who is detail oriented, has good organization skills and understands the company’s policy on confidentiality. Variety of duties include answering phones with an extremely pleasant voice, using Peachtree Accounting software for general bookkeeping purposes, typing simple letters on Word and using Excel to enter data into existing spreadsheets.  Monday through Friday 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.  Client can be somewhat flexible on the work hours.
