1. Billing Clerk – MUST have Accounting Software experience – QuickBooks preferred - and prior Billing experience.  Word, Excel, Outlook skills preferred. Client will interview. Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and clerical work. The use of computer programs to store, manage, and report on company functions. 2. Administrative Support Assistant full-service public accounting and consulting firm headquartered in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Duties include delivering deposits to the bank; collecting mail from post office, filing, Backup for receptionist, typing various documents as directed. Responsibilities also include scanning client returns and reports for permanent electronic storage; maintaining client files/jackets/labeling and coordinating purging, scanning, and electronic filing of old files. Postage processing including weighing, stamping and sealing and assisting with preparation and execution of any firm mass mailings. Copying, collating and binding all final client work products, ordering and stocking supplies; and scheduling travel arrangements when required. You must have above average computer skills working in Microsoft Word and other office programs,  ability to operate general office equipment such as postage scale and meter, copier, binding machine, typewriter, calculator, multi-line telephone system and computer, possess a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license (Class II) and reliable automobile; work with confidential client matters and personal matters. There may be overtime work from end of January to mid-April; work week may be in excess of 40 hours per week during tax season. 8. Analyst Expeditor – To place orders to cover requirements for rebuilds, CEP and OE equipment based on review of requirements and forward planning. You will schedule order need dates and monitor the requirements in order to reschedule or cancel orders based on customer requirements and demand. You will also expedite and follow up on parts shortages with vendors or internal suppliers; as well as, interface with other departments on vendor problems, new parts or new product lines to achieve maximum efficiency. This position reviews and monitors part info record files and reports for accuracy and reconciles errors and discrepancies between accounting and Supply Chain records. You will assist buyer(s) as required for RFQ process including pulling drawing packages together and completing RFQ form and input of quote data. And maintain good communications with vendors and internal suppliers. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of post-secondary higher education recommended. Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office Tools, Excel test will be given. Recommended experience with an integrated business system and with supporting a manufacturing environment. 1. Front Desk Receptionist - for busy surgeons office in McMurray, is in need of a Medical Front Desk Receptionist.  Client says they see 40 – 50 patients per day on patient days. Part-Time. Responsibilities include checking in and rooming patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays, twice daily balancing of receipts (cash, checks, and credit cards), data entry of new patient information, and clerical to include faxing and photocopying. Future duties could include scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance, and calling in scripts. The client may be flexible on the hours. Monday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (patient day), Wednesday 7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM, Thursday 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM (patient day), Occasional Friday – 1/2 day – one time per month 6:30 AM start time. Each assignment is to be completed in one day to various stores and restaurants. Approximately 4 – 8 hours per route.
