Full Time Positions

1. Office Assistant - position in McMurray – duties include answering phones and entering data into their accounting software program, plus additional duties when necessary.  The schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.  $12.00 per hour.   Current or Prior data entry into an accounting software program or any other accounting related experience a plus. 2. Administrative/Clerical – for our client during their BUSY season from April 16th through October 15th. Basic admin/clerical duties to Include answering phones, gathering paperwork, making client files, collecting time sheets, calculating time sheets, and confirming appointments. 3. Training Coordinator - Looking for a polished candidate to interact with clients.  Supports and assists in operation of Training Department through human relations, clerical, computer, telephone, and organizational skills.  Register class participants via portal registrations, email, and telephone calls.  Send confirmation, hotel registration, and pre-training information in a timely manner. Create invoices on-line assessments and training lab fees. Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, Sharepoint experience preferred. 4. Field Office Manager / Timekeeper – to track and manage employee pay, process I-9s, driver’s license, etc., plus paying sub-contractors and completing all related banking.  Position will be in a satellite office (trailer at the construction site) at various locations.  The site superintendent will also be onsite. This is a project-based position (anywhere from two weeks to nine months) – position pays $18.00 per hour. 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1/2 hour lunch plus overtime.  Out-of-town travel is approximately 90% of your time. 5. 6. General Office Clerical– for our client in McMurray in their Legal Department. General clerical duties include returning phone calls to tax payers, data entry, and waiting on tax payers to collect payments or answer questions. You will be required to work with the legal files. The files may be in boxes on the floor, in boxes on top of a shelf or file cabinet, in file drawers, or in storage boxes. You will be required to carry and lift these boxes/files which may be as much as 20 pounds.  This job could be physical at times. THIS IS CONSTANT FILING, CONSTANT STOOPING, BENDING, LIFTING.  Word and Excel skills preferred. 7. Accounts Receivable / Customer Service - Perform a variety of computerized accounting functions within the order entry, customer service, and accounts receivable areas. Interact with shipping/receiving personnel, customers, and account managers on an ongoing basis. Must verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received. Receive and process Trusted Links (vendor specific EDI) orders from customers. Perform customer order processing including order entry, billing, and posting within accounting software program. Review customer payments and apply payments to appropriate customer invoices. Track and monitor specific project costs utilizing Microsoft Excel software. Assist with answering phones. Must have an Associate degree in accounting or business administration and at least two years’ experience in customer service/order entry/AR position. Part Time Positions

1. Office Assistant/Bookkeeper – for our client in Canonsburg. Variety of duties include answering phones with an extremely pleasant voice, using Peachtree Accounting software for general bookkeeping purposes, typing simple letters on Word and using Excel to enter data into existing spreadsheets.  Monday through Friday 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.  Client can be somewhat flexible on the work hours. While working through Personnel Staffers, the position pays $12.00 per hour – once permanent, $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending upon skills proven during the Temp-to-Hire period. Apply

2. Receptionist – for our client located right off of I-79 (Carnegie). Duties to include answering phones, delivering items to employees, filing, open mail, buzz visitors in and out of the building, and announce visitors. My client may also have some BUSY work for you to do since the phone system is an Auto Attendant and you won’t have many calls (less than 50 calls per day).   $12.00 per hour. You will be working on 4 –5 different proprietary software programs for as many as 10 companies. This is a BUSY office. You must be able to multi-task. You must be personable to service various reps. 6. Secretary/Receptionist – for our client who operates mental health office located in Pleasant Hills near Jefferson Hospital.  Three days per week Monday through Friday any time between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  One evening – usually Wednesday every other week – until 7:00 PM.  Duties include answering the phones, scanning of documents, patient charts, and medical records, scheduling patients, escorting patients to the private offices, and checking patients in and out.  Client will train on proprietary software.  This position is highly confidential since you will have access to patient’s records.  You may be asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.  Fast-paced office with as many as 150 calls from patients per day.  Must be able to multi-task.  Prior medical office experience highly desired.  Prior mental health office experience a plus.  Temp-to-Hire. $11.00 per hour.  Client will interview.
