1. Customer Service Representative - for digital printing, graphics, and marketing business in the South Hills to help grow the business and serve customers.  Daily Duties include Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Organize information; customer files for accurate estimates. Respond to customers with cost of printing and mailing projects in a timely manner. 2. Temporary Executive Assistant - Provides a wide range of administrative and support services to multiple professionals at the executive level. Regularly exercises independent judgment, effectively managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for scheduling meetings; preparing reports, meeting minutes and other documents and correspondence; answering telephones; and various other administrative duties.  Works with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner. Arranges programs, events, and other meetings by reserving facilities and issuing meeting notices. Prepares and maintains various departmental records and documents. Produces Board-level reports, presentations, and other documents for multiple executive-level professionals. 3. Temporary Office Administrator/Front Desk receptionist - Temporary assignment to cover an employee on Maternity Leave for 6 to 12 weeks You will be responsible  to answer all incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate individual; greet and direct guests to the appropriate location; distribute  mail and any packages and running and unloading the dishwasher in the kitchen. The following tasks will also fall under the responsibility of the office admin on an as needed basis: using the company account to prepare FedEx packages, send out emails to all employees in the PA office to celebrate birthdays, order catering for groups who are having working lunches, program key fobs for new employees, set up desk and work area and show new employees the office, and send requests for work orders. 4. Customer Service/Order Entry – person for our client located in Washington, PA near the Laboratory exit. Monday through Friday 30 – 35 hours per week. 5. Paralegal- We have a law firm in McDonald who needs someone with secretarial experience and knowledge of Word and Excel.  If you have previous experience working in a legal office, that’s definitely a plus!  You will be preparing deeds, wills, powers of attorney, trust agreements and probate documents.  Your other duties will include filing, answering phones, Internet research to locate heirs, etc.  The client is looking to pay $11.00 to $13.00 per hour depending upon experience.  Direct Hire. 6. Data Analyst - to collect data to help client make better business decisions. The main focus for this contractor position is to find someone proficient in SAP.  Excel skills are certainly important as well.  You will not be required to write macros but will be more focused on analyzing data and working in SAP.  The contractor will work within the Supply Chain group.
Major responsibilities include performing mass updates as required; cross-referencing information to insure data is accurate; and working with other departments to collect all required information needed to set up new materials. Ability to analyze data by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data. Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues.
Qualifications:  2+ years plus years working in a data specialist role or related field; SAP or similar ERP is required;  excellent analytical ability, with strong MS Excel skills; materials master data management experience is desired; strong written and communication skills; proven history of successful cross-functional partnerships. Accounting/Office Manager - The Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of General Accounting Principles and will oversee daily office management and supervision of staff and have the ability to interact with office and operations co-workers and management team.  Experience on accounting software and ability to handle a variety of tasks. 8. Data Entry – person for our client in McMurray. Primary duties are to Open and Sort Mail and  Data Entry. You must be able to lift trays of mail weighing about 20 pounds. Timekeeper – to track and manage employee (union and non-union) payroll, pay sub-contractors on-board new employees (I9, safety training, employee file, etc.)  enter and track change orders for sub-contractors, and complete all related banking. Position will be in a satellite office (trailer at the construction site) at various locations. The site superintendent will also be onsite. This is a project-based position (anywhere from two weeks to nine months) – position pays $18.00 per hour. 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday with 1/2 hour lunch with overtime at double time rate.  Out-of-town travel is approximately 90% of your time. 1. Administrative/Customer Service -  Duties include data entry into a proprietary software (which the client will train on), answering phones, reviewing pricing structures with customers, assisting with coordinating client services, filing, sending emails, and  processing daily mail. 4. Accounts Payable with QuickBooks – for our client located in Westland on Rt. 519 just outside of Houston. They provide  construction services. The position would entail entering and matching PO’s to invoices from vendors. Entering bills into QuickBooks with appropriate classifications. It would also involve general office work as well – filing, sorting mail, answering phones. You may possibly need to login online to vendor sites to enter records into their portals. Client uses all Microsoft Office products, Outlook email, QuickBooks. You MUST have QuickBooks experience. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is 3 days per week. You will be working on 4 –5 different proprietary software programs for as many as 10 companies. This is a BUSY office. You must be able to multi-task. You must be personable to service various reps.
