Full Time Positions

1. Office Assistant – Open Ended Long Term Temp assignment in McMurray. Receptionist/Admin/Accounting Assistant. Answer phones, help with invoices, check runs and matching documentation, and greet visitors. Someone with Union Payroll and Monthly Union Reporting is a PLUS.  Client uses Word and Excel and will train on proprietary software. . Insurance Agent – Insurance agency in Castle Shannon has a position available for a professional, personable person to meet and greet customers, take phone calls and messages, filing, daily mail, respond to emails, prepare correspondence, data entry, and other clerical/admin duties. Heavy phone work calling potential customers. Word and Excel and Internet/Email skills required. Will train on proprietary software. Temp-to-Hire. Prior experience in an insurance office a PLUS.  Sales and Marketing background a PLUS. Must be able to work independently. 3. Data Entry – person for our client in McMurray. Primary duties are to Open and Sort Mail and  Data Entry. You must be able to lift trays of mail weighing about 20 pounds. 4. Timekeeper – to track and manage employee (union and non-union) payroll, pay sub-contractors on-board new employees (I9, safety training, employee file, etc.)  enter and track change orders for sub-contractors, and complete all related banking. Position will be in a satellite office (trailer at the construction site) at various locations. The site superintendent will also be onsite. This is a project-based position (anywhere from two weeks to nine months) – position pays $18.00 per hour. 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday with 1/2 hour lunch with overtime at double time rate.  Out-of-town travel is approximately 90% of your time. You receive $120 per day for lodging. You receive mileage reimbursement for travel by car and you are paid for travel time to jobsite. You are hired as an Outside Contractor. 9. Accounts Receivable / Customer Service - Perform a variety of computerized accounting functions within the order entry, customer service, and accounts receivable areas. Interact with shipping/receiving personnel, customers, and account managers on an ongoing basis. Must verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received. Receive and process Trusted Links (vendor specific EDI) orders from customers. Perform customer order processing including order entry, billing, and posting within accounting software program. Review customer payments and apply payments to appropriate customer invoices. Track and monitor specific project costs utilizing Microsoft Excel software. Assist with answering phones. Must have an Associate degree in accounting or business administration and at least two years’ experience in customer service/order entry/AR position. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Products software and have exceptional communication skills.
