Full Time Positions

1. Customer Service/Inside Sales/Marketing - person for our client who operates a long-established office/janitorial/party supply business in Washington County. They are in need of a person to work with an existing client base taking orders over the phone, coordinating the order and delivery with the warehouse staff, and maintaining good customer relations with the clients. 50 – 60% of your day will be spent on the phone. You will also over-see the On-Line catalogues and process On-Line orders. The client uses Word and Excel on Apple MAC’s and uses proprietary software which they will train on. There is NO lifting of product with this position. Future duties may include learning the Retail Products to assist walk-in customers. Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. 2. Office Assistant – for our client in Washington, PA. The client has been offering comprehensive power solutions since 1975. They engineer, furnish and install products for power needs i.e. install TVSS, UPS systems and DC battery back-up systems, telecom, switchgear, substation data center power generation and other power critical applications. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM.  Hours are flexible to work with the candidate’s schedule.  The job duties are diverse and deal with most aspects of the operation of a small business i.e. answering phones and taking messages; preparing purchase orders to vendors, tracking orders and receiving orders; getting freight quotes and preparing paperwork for LTL shipments; invoicing customers and processing customer payments; assist with handling customer calls and scheduling; processing hourly employee timecards.
Qualifications necessary are an Associates Degree or equivalent office experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and present themselves in a professional manner.  Ability to multi-task. 17. Admin/Marketing Assistant - our client in Canonsburg who is a manufacturers rep needs someone in the office to handle customers while he is on the road.  30 - 35 hours per week. Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal person will be well versed with Social Media – Facebook and Twitter specifically – Outlook, PDF’s, and JPG’s. He would also like someone familiar with ACT which is what he uses for his database. He also uses Word and Excel and Constant Contact. He did say he could train someone in ACT. The ideal person will also be a people person, self motivated, and someone who can develop relationships with his customers.  Knowledge of audio/video technology highly desirable.
