Full Time Positions

1. Human Resource Assistant –You will be involved with all programs and services that relate to the human resources division handling the administrative tasks which involve documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, and compensation and benefits information. You will report and assist the Human Resources Manager. Daily job duties and responsibilities: answering telephone calls; creating and distributing documents; providing customer service to organization employees; serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators; and maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.  Maintaining calendars of HR management team; compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets; participating in recruitment efforts and scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed; preparing new employee files - collecting employment and tax information; orienting new employees to the organization (uniforms, key fobs, fuel card, email address, etc.) and serving as a point person for all new employee questions. Participating in benefits tasks, such as enrollment, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment; handling uniform assignment and approving invoices; updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records; maintaining records related to time off, grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions; performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained; and completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
To effectively perform the duties of a Human Resources Assistant, individuals must be able to demonstrate several skills that are essential to the position, which include being adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner; strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team; must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently and be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback. 2. SERVICE COORDINATOR/DISPATCHER - To coordinate and schedule Field Service Technicians to respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs. Strategically dispatches Field Technicians to maximize efficiency and productivity along with providing a prompt response time to breakdowns. Prefer:  Previous dispatch experience, an understanding of service and maintenance operations, and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Daily Essential Functions: Receiving calls for breakdown service requests; schedule and dispatch field service technicians for breakdowns and Preventative Maintenance on customer owned and company owned equipment. Will communicate with customers to schedule repairs and to update them on the status of repairs and open service work orders in our business system for Field Service work and verify that all customer and equipment information is accurate. You will also process time cards for the Field Service Technicians and  collect all needed paperwork required to close work orders, process and close work orders. On a weekly or as required basis - Monitor Work In Progress (WIP) for timely completion of work and volume of open work; schedule all guaranteed maintenance contracts as they come due and update new periodic maintenance agreements in our system. 3. Inbound Customer Support Representative - Perfect position for someone who enjoys talking on the phone supporting Inbound calls only.  Our client uses a dual monitor to display their client's information on one monitor and uses the other monitor to enter the prospect's information, i.e. name, address, etc. You will assist customers place website orders, register for events and classes, and assist with technical support issues.  Our client works with media-driven client events, responding to calls following radio and TV broadcasts.  Callers may be requesting copies of the broadcasts, making donations, ordering books or other materials.  In many of these support roles, you will enter credit card information into secure sites on behalf of the caller.  1 to 2 years’ experience a Plus. 4. Paralegal – for our client in McMurray to prepare legal documents, investigate properties, file Real Estate documents, make phone calls to property owners, and communicate with the client’s law firm. 5. Warehouse ClerkDuties include shipping, receiving and warehouse responsibilities including UPS and USPS. Will receive incoming merchandise into the warehouse and ensure that all supplies received are in acceptable condition and notify personnel of received packages.  Will fill orders accurately and as efficiently as possible. Will restock all supplies and assist in maintaining required inventory levels. Will also ensure that safe working conditions are maintained and report any concerns to the warehouse supervisor. 6. Fiscal Assistant - An employee in this class performs standard Bookkeeping – recording, reviewing and processing financial records. Work involves posting of data to ledgers, books, and registers.  Make routine adjustments; prepare daily and monthly summaries to accounts; prepare routine Trial Balances; and maintain expenditure and budgetary controls. Maintain tax receivable accounts; analyze forms and audit payroll; Good Math skills required. Word and Excel skills preferred. 7. Paralegal- We have a law firm in McDonald who needs someone with secretarial experience and knowledge of Word and Excel.  If you have previous experience working in a legal office, that’s definitely a plus!  You will be preparing deeds, wills, powers of attorney, trust agreements and probate documents.  Your other duties will include filing, answering phones, Internet research to locate heirs, etc.  The client is looking to pay $11.00 to $13.00 per hour depending upon experience.  Direct Hire.
